Vilas Dedhia, Chairman of JIKA Smart Installation Systems and the Riddhim Siddhim Group, is a self-made entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the roll forming and ancillary equipment industry. Known for his sharp techno-commercial skills, he also runs Valson Fabricators, where his passion for machine design thrives. He has driven the growth of JIKA and Riddhim Siddhim, leading both companies to new heights. Despite facing business challenges in 2003 and 2008, he emerged stronger, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. A lifelong learner, he believes there’s always room for improvement.
Rushabh Dedhia, Managing Director of JIKA – Smart Installations Systems, brings over 15 years of expertise in data center infrastructure, steering the company with a strategic vision and technical prowess. A second-generation entrepreneur, he initially worked with Riddhim Siddhim Steel and Nikhil Equipment, driving growth and innovation. Under his leadership, JIKA evolved from a B2B to a B2C venture, integrating design, manufacturing, and installation services. Known for fostering a people-centric approach, Rushabh values team contributions, nurtures strong client relationships, and champions ethical business practices, making JIKA a leading provider of data center solutions in India.
Ms. Shruti Dedhia, Director of Finance at JIKA Smart Installation Systems, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience. After eight years in diverse roles at the parent company, Riddhim Siddhim, Shruti joined JIKA in April 2022. She has since played a pivotal role in managing the company's financial operations, customer billing, and regulatory compliance within the fast-evolving data center sector. With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Shruti's leadership has enhanced JIKA’s financial health and operational efficiency. Known for her entrepreneurial spirit and organized approach, she also oversees HR, Administration, and IT departments.
